I'm currently in-network with Aetna, Quest Behavioral Health.
For out-of-network clients, I provide superbills you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Many clients receive 50–80% back, depending on the coverage. You’re welcome to send me your insurance card, and I can help verify your out-of-network coverage for you.
-
Yes. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for both therapy and supervision. Rates are determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on financial need and availability. If you’d like to discuss this option, please mention it during your consultation.
-
Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be billed at the full session rate.
Therapy
-
We’ll take time to talk about what brings you to therapy, review intake questions, and discuss your goals. I’ll also go over practice policies and answer any questions you may have.
-
I use an integrative approach, drawing from multiple modalities. Together we’ll explore what feels most supportive, and I’ll adjust our work based on your needs and preferences.
-
Most clients meet weekly, which helps build consistency and momentum in the work. After progress has been established, we can explore biweekly sessions if appropriate.
-
There is no set timeline for therapy. Some people come for a few months to focus on a specific concern, while others continue longer for ongoing support and deeper exploration. We’ll revisit your goals regularly and adjust the length of our work together based on your needs.
-
Therapy can be helpful if you’re feeling stuck, navigating life transitions, struggling in relationships, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself. If you’re curious but unsure, a consultation call can help us determine if it’s a good fit.
Supervision
-
I provide supervision for graduate students in counseling, social work, and creative arts therapy programs, as well as pre-licensed and early-career clinicians.
-
I approach supervision with openness, curiosity, and collaboration. My goal is to support your development while creating space for reflection and growth.

No. I do not employ limited permit therapists and cannot sign off on licensure hours. My supervision services are meant to provide additional support, skill-building, and perspective outside of formal licensure requirements.
